Scammers in Russia launched two new types of Telegram account hacking techniques.

User receives a "system notification message" (image on the left side) that says that someone logged into their account. To prevent unauthorized access, the user needs to go to Telegram's web page and disconnect an unauthorized user. User receives a message that someone gifted them Telegram Premium (image on the right side). When user tries to claim the "gift," their Telegram account gets stolen entirely.
